Gluten Free Tours

Gluten Free Cycling Tours

Visit Japan without the hassle.

You want to travel, but eating gluten free is critical.  You search and search for a tour out there that can cater to your dietary needs, but come up empty handed.  I’ve been there.  It’s disheartening.  We want to see the world, but it’s not as easy as some think to eat safely, especially in places like Japan.  There are so many misconceptions about Japanese food and what will and will not work for those of us on a gluten free diet.  Web pages offer a stream of worrying advice, telling us to eat all the sushi we like and buy nuts from convenience stores, but while this type of advice seems harmless on the surface, it will likely leave you foggy headed, unwell, and unable to enjoy the holiday you came for.  You want to explore worry free.  I get that.  Me, too.  That’s why we’ve created this.  Cycling–that’s a side order.  We want to travel and eat gluten free, worry free.

As someone with Celiac Disease living in Japan for the last three years, I’ve come to know the ins and outs of food in Japan well.  That’s why when you’re on our gluten free tours, we do all the work: cooking delicious, healthy, entirely gluten free meals for you and advising you on food that is and is not safe when you’re out and about.  You’re then free to sit back and enjoy the gorgeous places, people, and culture that make Japan every traveler’s dream destination.  Now that that’s sorted, why not make the experience even more unforgettable.  Cycle, eat, and explore with us.

Like a Tour? Why Not Make it Bespoke!
