We want to see the world, but it’s not as easy as some think to eat safely, especially in places like Japan. There are so many misconceptions about Japanese food and what will and will not work for those of us on a gluten free diet. Web pages offer a stream of worrying advice, telling us to eat all the sushi we like and buy nuts from convenience stores, but while this type of advice seems harmless on the surface, it will likely leave you foggy headed, unwell, and unable to enjoy the holiday you came for.
