Day 2 | Mihama Beach

Today we head up the west side of the peninsula, stopping at some incredible beaches, before heading for the hills. The roads narrow as the incline increases as we enjoy the quiet rice field terraces. One final descent and we arrive at our beatiful beachside Ryokan for a soak in the onsen and a traditional dinner.

Day 3 | Atami

Our final day takes us within views of Mount Fuji as we snake our way around the coast before heading east. The hills loom and we face a few categorized climbs that take us through the middle of Izu and the town itself. Atami is close and after a beautiful smooth descent we arrive back on the east coast and ride the last few kilometres to Atami.
